Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted.
  • Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: 55–63 patients per week (preferred).
  • Completion of assigned HealthStream modules prior to start. Modules require three hours or less. Agency provides reimbursement according to internal process.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800–1630.
  • Schedule expectations: Open to 4x10s; must be available for two evenings per week until 1900.
  • Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
  • Productivity target: 55–63 patients per week.

  • Cancel notice: 30 days.
