Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedics or clinical experience
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience with EMR documentation and individualized patient care plans
