Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
  • Experience with rehabilitative equipment and documentation in long-term care or SNF settings preferred.
  • Client requires ability to manage a caseload typical of a skilled nursing facility environment. This is a required competency.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
