Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, document per facility and payer requirements, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Current professional liability insurance as required by the facility or employer preferred.
