Job Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with therapy standards, regulations, and professional practice requirements
Promote patient safety and quality care throughout the rehabilitation process

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: ~14 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license (state required)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Valid state/federal photo ID required on-site at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
