Pay: $2,008.80 weekly

Shifts: 36 guaranteed hours, various shifts including 10-hour schedules

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Salt Lake City, UT. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care in an acute care setting. You will work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
  • Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct neuro re-education, gait training, and balance exercises
  • Provide wheelchair and mobility device training
  • Facilitate cognitive re-education and energy conservation techniques
  • Incorporate orthotic use and fit into treatment plans
  • Engage in home safety and family training sessions

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • Valid Utah PT license
  • BLS certification
  • MSPT or DPT from an accredited PT program
  • Successful completion of NPTE
  • Prior acute care experience recommended
  • Strong understanding of neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses
