Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Provide patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with an expectation of 60 visits per week
Participate in the double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Minimum of outpatient experience required
License to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee
No acceptance of PTAs, first-time travelers, or new grads
