Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience required. Must have experience with direct access and working with referring physicians.
  • Experience with NextGen outpatient orthopedic documentation preferred.
  • Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day and schedule 40-minute evaluations.
  • No new graduates. Prior travel or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
  • Resume required for submission. Virtual interviews may be conducted.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling options.
  • Caseload: Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour shift; 40 minutes for evaluations.
