Job Description:
Looking for a Physical Therapist who can turn small wins into big recoveries. You will help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized treatment plans and hands-on care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy programs to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a patient-focused environment
