Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or documented license status in Virginia. (Client requires VA license; include license number or status.)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist with outpatient and neuro experience required.
  • Experience with outpatient rehabilitation settings. Preferred: neuro specialty experience.
  • Experience using EPIC electronic medical record is preferred.
  • Ability to follow facility dress code; clinic requests black scrubs as standard attire.

  • Facility Type: Hospital — Outpatient Physical Therapy (page memorial hospital outpatient setting).
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:30–17:15 (4x10s schedule).
