Job Title: Outpatient Therapist Profession: Physical Therapy Specialty: Outpatient Duration: Permanent Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 36-40 hours per week Experience: Outpatient experience preferred, open to new graduates and first-time travelers License: Valid state license required Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have: - Outpatient experience preferred - Open to new graduates - Ability to manage a high caseload Description: We are seeking an outpatient therapist to join our clinic. The role guarantees 36 hours per week with the potential to work up to 40 hours. The patient population consists of 100% outpatient, with approximately 50% being post-surgical cases. The productivity expectation is to manage 60 visits per week. Therapists will be expected to see 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected. No floating to other clinics will be required. Overtime hours must be approved by the director prior to being worked.
