Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,987 to $2,187 per week in Jefferson, LA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• LA State License
• BLS
• 2 years experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may occasionally be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month.
• May float to other general medicine floors.
