Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation required; must be comfortable treating a primarily outpatient caseload with some inpatient responsibilities (approximately 20% inpatient).
  • Experience with Epic electronic medical record preferred.
  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays, typically covering about 2 Saturdays during a 13-week assignment, preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 07:30–18:00.
  • Typical schedule: Four 10-hour days (4x10s).
  • Occasional Saturday coverage required, approximately 2 Saturdays within the assignment.
