Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,981 to $2,181 per week in Bowling Green, KY

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist supporting an LTAC hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Provide outpatient neuro-focused rehabilitation services to patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, progress patients toward discharge goals, and complete timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or clinical rotation in outpatient neuro rehabilitation preferred; experience in inpatient rehab or LTAC settings preferred.
• Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions.
• Competence in timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and discharge documentation.
• Ability to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in outpatient neuro settings.
• Familiarity with safe patient handling practices and materials handling protocols.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary teams in complex medical or post-acute environments.
