Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing one-on-one outpatient care. New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply.
• Experience or comfort working with pelvic health caseload. Client requests approximately 20 hours per week of pelvic PT with remaining caseload general outpatient. This is a client-specific requirement.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records. Client uses Prompt EMR; proficiency preferred.
• Ability to prioritize patient care and maintain patient-centered practice.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Caseload: Primarily 1:1 patient care.
• Client expects a split caseload with approximately 20 hours per week focused on pelvic PT and remaining hours general outpatient, start timing to be determined within the next 1–2 months. This is a client-specific requirement.
