Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent accredited degree (Master's or Doctoral acceptable).
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Nevada is required to start the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance are required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.
• Previous home health or home care experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform patient transfers, equipment instruction, and to safely lift, bend, push, pull and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule as needed.
