Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required by the client.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment and procedures, such as transfer training, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
