Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings required. Candidate must demonstrate competency in evaluation, plan of care development, and functional treatment interventions for outpatient populations.
• Experience with documentation systems, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and payer guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or students as appropriate. Experience participating in or precepting student clinicals preferred.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adherence to discipline-specific practice act and professional code of conduct required.
• Preferred: Prior experience with productivity expectations and performance improvement initiatives in a high-volume outpatient clinic.
