Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,885 to $2,085 per week in Hampton, VA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio required to start the assignment. (Client requires Ohio license.)
• Current CPR/BLS certification required. BLS from AHA or ARC preferred.
• Experience treating neurologic and vestibular patient populations preferred. Majority of caseload will be neuro/vestibular.
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings required. Experience with community-based or off-site evaluations preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Doctorate level degree preferred.
• Specialty certification (OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc.) preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift Type: 8 hour days.
• Typical Workweek: 40 hours per week, no weekends.
• Patient Mix: Majority neuro/vestibular patients.
• Local candidates accepted.
