Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
  • Active Florida state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in an acute hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS and documentation skills required for patient charting in electronic health records.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience on an acute rehab unit or with medically complex patients preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, ADL retraining, and use of standard rehab equipment preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0800-1700.
  • Shift schedule: Days.
