Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,879 to $2,079 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ year experience
• Neurology specialty experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 9 hour shifts x 4, plus one 4 hour shift on Friday
