Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including managing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, and use of electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction for therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education as assigned.
• Adherence to state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
