Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and performing evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning preferred.
