Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings. Client prefers primarily inpatient experience with some outpatient coverage.
  • Epic electronic medical record experience required.
  • Availability for occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (approximately 2 weekends during a typical 13-week assignment) is required.
  • Ability to work 4x10 day shifts as specified by the client.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 07:30–18:00.
  • Schedule: 4x10s day shift, primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage.
  • Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (typically 2 weekends per 13-week contract).
