Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,850 to $2,050 per week in Griffin, GA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist experience required
• Patient population experience in outpatient ortho required

Assignment Details

• Float to other clinics: No
• Expected productivity is 60 visits per week
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
