Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,850 to $2,050 per week in Ellenwood, GA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Patient population includes outpatient ortho and pelvic.
• Will accept first-time travelers.
• Will accept new grads.
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
