Physical Therapist — Outpatient. Westfield, MA.


Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Westfield, MA. The clinician will evaluate patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and oversee discipline-specific therapy services. Responsibilities include documenting care, writing goals and letters of medical necessity, participating in student education when assigned, and engaging in professional development. The role requires adherence to state practice acts, clinic policies, and organizational safety standards focused on patient and employee protection.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active MA state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
  • Demonstrated competency with evaluations, goal writing, documentation, and letters of medical necessity.
  • Ability to follow physician orders and work within insurance authorizations.
