Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
• Experience with SNF patient populations, including post-acute care, mobility and fall risk management, and restorative programs.
• Proficiency with documentation in electronic medical records systems commonly used in post-acute settings preferred.
