Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (Licensed) Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Licensed Physical Therapist Certifications: Relevant certifications required. Must-Have: Flexibility to work up to 40 hours a week. Description: Evaluates claimants/clients by administering tests and measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait and functional analysis, neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs. Provides or oversees ongoing assessment of claimants'/clients' rehabilitation. Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and assessment records. Reports tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans. Includes formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatments. Plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revises plan as necessary. Participates in ongoing continuing education and in-service training. Engages in research projects and program development. Involves in training of pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students, physical therapy assistant students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
