Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Texas PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop measurable goals, and document in compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements.
  • Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and infection control practices.
  • Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one outpatient treatment sessions.
  • Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
  • Completion of continuing education relevant to outpatient orthopedic or neurologic care preferred.
