Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and concurrent treatment sessions preferred.
• Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation, including functional quality indicators and letters of medical necessity.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities as assigned.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Caseload Focus: Outpatient physical therapy with 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluation, plan of care development, documentation, charge entry, and interdisciplinary coordination.
