Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Licensed clinician with outpatient clinical experience within the last 3 years. No new graduates.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer guidelines (including letters of medical necessity and charge entry).
• Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student supervision as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and meet state continuing education requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety practices including safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace hazard reporting.
• Preferred: prior experience working in outpatient clinic workflows, electronic medical record documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
