Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum experience: No new graduates. Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required.
  • Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting using approved clinical formats.
  • Experience with functional treatment programs and patient education.
  • Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and supervise students as assigned.
  • Required to float within southern Indiana outpatient clinics as needed.
  • Maintain professional licensure, complete state-mandated continuing education, and adhere to state Practice Act and facility policies.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
  • Floating Requirement: Candidate will float within general southern Indiana outpatient locations.
