Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, treatment plan development, and functional goal setting.
  • Experience with documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicator assessment, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide clinical instruction to students as assigned.
  • Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
  • Preferred: Experience with safe patient handling practices and outpatient clinic equipment.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Assignment Duration: 13 Week assignment.
  • Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
