Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records.
• Competence in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures as required by clinic policies.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as applicable.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: Prior experience working in outpatient clinics with productivity expectations and patient-focused functional treatment programs.
