Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,816 to $2,016 per week in Atlanta, GA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. This includes experience with orthopedic outpatient caseloads, post-operative rehabilitation, and exercise-based interventions.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation of evaluations, goal writing, progress notes, and charge entry required.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and supervise or delegate tasks to therapy assistants or aides as appropriate.
• Comfort participating in student clinical education is preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
