Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Candidate must be comfortable treating orthopedic and post-operative caseloads and designing functional treatment programs for return to community activities.
• Experience with evaluation, goal writing, plan of care development, documentation compliant with payer requirements, and charge entry.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or support staff as needed.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education.
• Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient setting and experience mentoring students.
