Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,814 to $2,014 per week in Salem, OR

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This client prefers clinicians with outpatient ortho caseload experience.
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• Will accept PTAs under supervision; candidates must meet state scope of practice and clinic policies.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of additional hours as needed.
