Job Details

- Location: Chandler
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 5x8
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $1800 to $2000
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and pain management
- Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- BLS Certification required
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
