Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,785 to $1,985 per week in Bradenton, FL

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active PT license
• Active BLS certification
• Willingness to work on IRF unit
• Critical thinking/clinical reasoning

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per month
• Float Requirement: Therapy staff services entire facility
