Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8-hour shifts
40 guaranteed hours per week
25 visits per week to fulfill guaranteed hours
Home health setting -- outpatient experience accepted
Home health experience preferred
OASIS experience required
No first-time travelers
