Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and rehabilitation following joint replacement and stroke preferred.
• Current documentation of immunizations and background check clearance as required by facility policies.
