Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Current, active NC Physical Therapist license or compact license eligible prior to the assignment start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience required. Must have experience providing in-home evaluations and treatment.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic documentation preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity requirement of 31.5 points per week and maintain a 40-hour work week per client expectations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Travel within assigned counties required (Rockingham and Caswell counties).
• Supervisory experience preferred for oversight of PTAs and therapy aides, in accordance with state practice act.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Assignment Type: Travel contract, onsite.
• Start/End: Assignment covers a defined travel contract period starting in late April through late July.
• Caseload expectations: Full-time, 40 hours per week with required productivity standards.
• Counties covered: Rockingham County and Caswell County. Candidate will travel to patient homes within these counties.
