Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
  • Active Arkansas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
  • New graduates and first-time travelers are accepted.
  • Experience with moderate productivity expectations: ability to manage ~60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits.
  • Ability to treat middle-age, active patient population; some experience with pelvic health is a plus.
  • Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous outpatient clinic experience.
  • Familiarity with productivity targets and efficient patient flow in high-volume clinics.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule.
  • OT approval required by director prior to working overtime hours.
  • Float to other clinics: no.
