Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,679 to $1,879 per week in Jasper, TN

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in outpatient setting required
• Experience with vestibular patient population required

Assignment Details

• Expected to work up to 40 hours per week
• Float to other clinics: no
• Patient population includes outpatient and vestibular
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
