Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado physical therapy license is required to start the assignment, or proof of application for a Colorado single-state license must be provided.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience required. Experience with aquatic therapy is preferred.
  • Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits.
  • Ability to float to other clinics as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred.
  • Experience working with aquatic patient populations preferred.
  • Authorization or approval from the clinic director required before performing occupational therapy hours (if applicable).


Assignment Details

  • Shift: Days.
  • 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
  • Float to other nearby clinics may be required.
  • Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; expected to see 12–14 patients per day.
  • Option to join a travel team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic is available.
