Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,679 to $1,879 per week in Clarksville, TN

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• New grads not accepted

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Float to other clinics: no
• One traveler must be fully able to treat pelvic patients; another must see orthopedic patients
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
