Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment or proof of application for a Colorado single-state license with confirmation.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
  • New graduates will not be accepted. First-time travelers are acceptable.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
  • Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
  • OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before working OT.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule with a 36-hour guarantee and expectation to work up to 40 hours.
  • Float to other clinics as required by the client.
  • Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
  • Option to be placed in this clinic or a neighboring clinic on a travel team.
