Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation and development of treatment plans for adult and/or orthopedic populations.
  • Experience conducting 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
  • Documentation proficiency in electronic medical records, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student supervision when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8 format.
  • Shift Name: Other.
  • Patient care: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Duration: 13-week assignment with client preference for longer-term engagement.
