Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,655 to $1,855 per week in Nashville, TN

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient ortho patient population experience
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
